The Prosperity Mobile Banking app gives you instant connectivity to your Prosperity Bank accounts anytime, anywhere. You’ll be able to access account details and history, check account balances, plus make instant transfers between accounts -- all with a few taps on your smartphone.

WILL MOBILE BANKING WORK ON ALL DEVICES?
Mobile Banking app is available on many iPhone and Android smartphones. The app is also available on tablets, including the iPad and most tablets using the Android operating system. You can also use the service on most phones with a mobile web browser that supports cookies. Both mobile web and mobile applications can be found by entering the URL (www.prosperitybankusa.com) in your phone or tablet's browser. You can download the app directly from the App Store or Google Play store on your device.

HOW DO I GET STARTED WITH MOBILE BANKING?
The Prosperity Bank Mobile Banking app can be downloaded from the Apple Store or Google Play store on your device. You can also access Mobile Banking by entering the mobile web URL (www.prosperitybankusa.com) in your phone or tablet's browser.

WHAT IS TEXT BANKING?
Text banking gives you access to your accounts via text (SMS) messages on your phone. It's a fast, easy way to look up account balances or recent account history by sending a text command to a shortcode.

WHAT IS THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS?
Enrollment is a one-time process that helps ensure your security. The process the Mobile Banking application requires you to download the application, sign-in using your online banking username and password, accept the Terms and Conditions, and verification through a one-time passcode. The enrollment process for SMS text banking requires you to log in to online banking, select Profile Updates under the Profile tab and then select Enroll New Phone Number under Text Banking, and follow the instructions to retrieve an activation code. The activation code will be required to begin using SMS text banking on your device.

WHAT ACCOUNTS CAN I ACCESS WITH MOBILE BANKING?
Mobile Banking allows you to access any of your accounts available with our Online Banking service.

IS MOBILE BANKING SERVICE SECURE?
Yes, Prosperity Mobile Banking is among the most secure online banking services available. It utilizes best practices from online banking, such as HTTPS, 256-bit SSL encryption, or password access and application time-out when your phone is not in use. In addition, no account data is ever stored on your device.

HOW MUCH DOES MOBILE BANKING COST?
There is currently no charge associated with the service. However, there may be charges associated with text messaging and data usage on your phone. Check with your wireless phone carrier for more information.
